IPR Extreme Duty 3" Thick Aluminum Radiator 2003-2007 F250, F350, F450, F550/International VT365 Excursion. IPR has done it again, the biggest aluminum radiator for your Powerstroke is available for all F Series trucks and Excursions. The massive aluminum tanks and 3" thick core provides more cooling capacity than anything out in the market. Ditch the leaking/cracking OEM plastic tanks and thin 1.24" OEM core with an IPR unit. The OEM fan shroud can be used, the core support bracket mounting holes needs to be elongated to allow the radiator to be moved forward .75" (3/4). No trimming or minor trimming of the fan shroud may be required for final fitment.

IPR recommends inspecting the cab mount bushings whenever a radiator fails and begins to leak at the core or end tank. Worn out cab mount bushing will cause excessive body to frame movement that will damage the radiators. In order to process any warranty replacements, we will need proof that body mounts have been replaced.
