This STC fitting kit is a recommended update for all Powerstroke 6.0 from 2004-2007. The old style fiiting were prone to leaking causing hard start, low HPOP pressures and stalling when engine reaches normal operating temperature. Highly recommended updating this part when you're replacing your EGR cooler, installing a EGR delete or oil cooler.
