IPR Metric to NPT Adapter allows you to connect any 1/8 NPT fitting to your existing 12mm x 1.5mm ports on your Powerstroke. Several sensors on the Powerstroke engine are 12x1.5mm. The most common use for this Metric to NPT adapter is to an oil bypass kit with an 1/8NPT fitting. This fitting can be used to:

Relocate the OEM oil temp sensor to the IPR External oil cooler oil filter cap auxillary port and use this adapter on the OEM oil temp sensor port to feed your bypass oil filter

Install a pressure gauge to the high pressure oil pump or injector rail

Installing a temp/pressure gauge to the coolant sensor temperature port.
