IPR Single Bypass Oil Filter 1 Stage 2 Micron

The IPR Single Bypass Filter allows you to add a 2 micron oil filter in addition to your factory filtering system. With use of this kit, you can expect to extend your oil life since the factory oil system can only filter down to 20 microns, which still allows smaller particles such as carbon to contaminate your oil. Our kit uses an Amsoil bypass filter which as stated above, will filter down to 2 microns, which will catch smaller particles that go beyond OEM capability to clean and preserve the oil for a longer duration, which allows you to extend oil change intervals. We went a step further and designed from the ground up a swivel fitting that keeps your bypass oil filter supply line out of the way, out of sight. All other branded oil bypass systems require a aluminum oil filter cap/oil filler cap and a fitting mounted on top of the cap which requires the line to be removed or may be in the way every time you need to access the oil filter and or to fill your oil opening the oil filler cap.
