IPR Extreme Duty EGR Cooler for all 2004-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0 will fit F250, F350, F450. It's a redesign of the Ford OEM EGR cooler which features a tube style stainless steel core which has been fully TIG welded to ensure reliable performance. This is the highest quality EGR cooler on the market, which features aerospace standard TIG welding process and we've taken extra steps to thoroughly clean our cores internally and externally to ensure a contamination free welds and the ending results is that our EGR cooler's finish is a shiny polished unit. The cleaning process also removes all contaminants that would normally clog oil coolers. IPR backs this product up with a lifetime warranty. This package includes intake manifold gasket kit and turbo gasket kit to complete the job.

Add an IPR Extreme Duty HPOP Filter Screen to your order and never worry about another punctured HPOP screen to prevent IPR valve and High Pressure Pump failures.

We also recommend Ford's revised parts and updates while you have your truck apart whenever you install a oil cooler, EGR cooler, EGR delete or any time you may be removing the intake manifold and turbo off for repairs. These updates are easily accessible when performing any of the mentioned upgrades or repairs on your 6.0. Don't wait until these components fail and having to perform the job a second time.
