IPR Extreme Duty 1.65" (42mm) Thick Aluminum Radiator 2003-2004 F250, F350, F450, F550/International VT365 Excursion. IPR developed an entry level OEM spec aluminum radiator for your Powerstroke,available for all F Series trucks and Excursions.The 1.65" (42mm) core is slight thicker than an OEM unit at 1.24". The aluminum tanks and thicker core provides more cooling capacity than a the OEM plastic counterpart. Ditch the leaking/cracking OEM plastic tanks and thin 1.24" core with an IPR unit. IPR recommends inspecting the cab mount bushings whenever a radiator fails and begins to leak at the core or end tank. Worn out cab mount bushing will cause excessive body to frame movement that will damage the radiators. In order to process any warranty replacements, we will need proof that body mounts have been replaced.
