2001-2004 F-250 and F-350 and 1999-2000 F-250 and F350 with 36 spline output shaft. 2001-2005 Excursion with 36 spline sector shaft. If your output shaft has 32 splines then order part number 2764 for 1997-2000 F-250 & F-350. This item has the 4 bolt top cover as pictured. If your gearbox has only 2 bolts holding on the top adjustment cover you will need part #2757BS. If wrong core is returned you will lose 75% of core charge. 4 turns lock to lock.
